For your consideration: a rare Dunlop Tremolo Volume pedal. This thing rules. It has modes for tremolo and volume, controlled by a switch. You can set the minimum and maximum (normal or boost) volumes and switch between them.
This pedal contains all three original knob covers so you can roll them with your feet.
In Tremolo mode, the foot control changes the speed. A switch in the rear changes the waveform from sine to a (sort-of) square wave. A Depth knob on the side changes… the depth of the trem.
